And ouch! I know, I whine about carpal tunnel here, but I have it. It bothers me and it stops most work getting done. That’s the part I hate the most, right? Not the pain so much but that because anything and everything that needs to be submitted, anywhere, needs to be typed–and believe me, if you saw my writing you’d require me to type too! 99% of the day I spend typing. (Like now) That leads to carpal tunnel. Or at least total wrist pain that leaves me cursing the idiots that came up with keyboards as a way to get writing done. (YOU’RE ALL EVIL IDIOTS!!)

Ahem–keyboard makers, not you guys. You know I ♥ my readers.

I do my best to keep the pain at bay, but sometimes, it’s ridiculous–though I’m not up for surgery, or even bugging my doctor about it. I could be good and type absolutely nothing for a week or two, but… can you say, addicted? 🙂 I’m heading toward, not the 50k everyone else has but at least 30 by Friday and if my darned hands don’t give out, I might be able to pull it off. And it’s not like I didn’t expect this. I told Jo after the writing binge I did Sunday that I’d probably be facing debilitation the rest of this week.

Anyway, (and sharing this for those of you who might be aching too) so I rest when I can and look for other ways to deal with the flare-ups, besides near-constant doses of Advil. I’ve found these interesting yoga exercises, and thought I’d share, for anyone interested.
