Beyond excited. You know this. You saw it coming the last few days. 🙂 Miss Camden Kissed the Duke (Camden Girls book 3) is live on Amazon.
Fresh on the heels of romantic heartbreak, Miss Isabelle Camden agrees to become companion for the sister of a busy, arrogant duke. She plans to keep her distance, but when a snowstorm strands them outside London for days, an unexpected dare sets propriety at naught…and sends her into the duke’s arms.
I have to say, as much as I love the hero of the first book in the series, this is probably my favorite of them. It’s about the youngest daughter of a 19th century London stationmaster and an ambitious young half-American Duke. If you love Victorian romance, I hope you’ll enjoy this latest book in the Camden Girls series. (Please leave a review on Amazon if you do! :))
I just found this lovely quote on the Tome Tender blog:
Review: “(In Druid Defiance) Ms. Revezzo has added another great tale to this series and shored up each character with more depth. In the battle of good versus evil, who will win, the forces of darkness or the Steward who could go Bridezilla on them all?” 5 Stars ~Dii, Tome Tender.
Thank you, Dii! 🙂
If you’d like to check Druid Defiance out, of course, it is (along with the entire series and related books) available at Amazon. I hope y’all will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it!
I’m not used to reading on camera, so please, be kind to my nervous mistakes. But along with the story, I thought you, my friends and fans, might enjoy hearing the author read it to you.
If you’d like to get a copy to follow along with, you can find it at Amazon, or here. Also, if you’d like to check out The Artist’s Inheritance, book one in the series, it’s currently on sale for $.99 at Amazon, for until New Years. Enjoy!
Stacy’s gaze went to Aaron’s, and butterflies dashed around in her stomach. A vision flashed before her of how his eyes might look glazed over in passion. “Maybe we should go.” She cleared her throat, stood and moved to the filing cabinet, changed her mind and went to the desk again. The fabled diary! She was beside herself with excitement. She’d have the diary. What a month this was turning out to be. “When can we meet him?” Aaron came forward and ran a finger over the calendar’s slots. “How about tomorrow morning?” “Yes.” She nodded emphatically. “Perfect. Nineish?” “Tomorrow it is.” He nodded and turned toward the door. The thrill of this discovery overwhelmed her. An urge to kiss him in thanks struck her hard in the chest. “Aaron?” He met her gaze, waiting. Her brain screamed, halt! She wanted to touch him at least. Her fingers twitched. She stepped back. She just couldn’t. “I’ll see you at nine.” He turned away with a knowing glint in his eyes. She was such a fool.
Stacy Macken has one goal in mind: saving her renowned history center from greedy creditors. Losing it would be a catastrophe—one she doesn’t know how she’ll avoid.
Until Aaron Fielding arrives. To all human eyes, he is just like any man, but he reminds Stacy of one of the fae. He certainly enchants her like a fae lover would. But Stacy suspects there is more to this sexy fellow, with his tales of the Tuatha dé Danann, and magical warriors from Celtic legend who protect humanity from a wicked enemy seeking their destruction. Does his appearance mean the end of the world imminent?
Can she, a studious woman more intent on history books with no training in or love of war, possibly have anything to offer when a long-prophesied druidic battle explodes around her?
*** Previously published as Passion’s Sacred Dance by Juli D. Revezzo *** Bonus: Includes brand new flash fiction piece, “About A Warrior”
If you’d like to get a copy of this, (or its new novel in the Stewards War series), it’s available for sale or to borrow with Amazon Prime at …well, Amazon 🙂
Just popping in to add another. I’ve been working on revisions for a new book, lately, as well as some other stuff (non-writing), mostly just refilling the well, as it were. But, I wanted to put this here, for those of you still following this old blog, instead of the new one.
Everything about it is just delightful! I think my narrator, the talented and charming Rachael Beresford, did a fantastic job. I hope you will enjoy listening to the tale as much as we enjoyed working on it!
Ahem, the audiobook is 6 hours and 2 minutes and is available at Amazon, Audible, and Itunes, should you like to add it to your audiobook collection. 🙂 If you wish, you may listen to a sample here:
For Miss Phoebe Lockswell, fashionable London tea parties and balls aren’t her style. Instead, she prefers to tinker tirelessly with a clockwork diffuser she’s built from scratch. If only she can get the invention to work on command, she might earn her way out of an arranged marriage to a repugnant member of the House of Commons.
London watchmaker Mortimer Kidd was brought up hard in the arms of an infamous London gang. Despite the respectability he strives for now, the gang leader is blackmailing him. When Mortimer sees Phoebe’s diffuser, he thinks he’s found a way to buy himself out of trouble. The brash Phoebe manages to steal his heart, however, before he can purloin her invention.
Will Mortimer’s unsavory past catch up to him before he convinces Phoebe of his devotion? Worse, once Phoebe learns the truth, will she ever trust him again?
And, yes, my friends, your eyes do not deceive you, the new Antique Magic novel, MOURNING DOVE LOCKET, is here! 🙂 So what are Caitlin and company up to this time? Here’s a little taste of the book in 8 lines. A little set up, a teenaged girl has come up to Caitlin in a thrift store and offered her a gold locket, now she’s checking with the mother to make certain she has permission to offer it…or that’s the plan, anyway, until the teen opens her mouth:
