It's late, she's bored. What does she do?

Since you said it’s late, Honorine will usually pull out her collection of dried flowers, and sort through them--or pick up a book. Her go-to is anything on natural history, but right now, she’s trying to finish Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility.

What kind of food would she impulse buy if hungry?

Apple fritters.

Describe the kind of clothes she prefers to wear.

Her long dress with the holly garland around the hem and cuffs is her favorite. If she can forgo the bustle, she’s most comfortable without it.

Does she know how to fix things?

Not really. She can dig a post hole, though. Anything gardening related that can be applied to fixing anything? She could do that.

She tried to do something and it went badly. Tell us about it.

Where do we start? She’s trying to organize this party, you see, and every little detail seems to keep spiraling out of control. She’s only got a week left, and still no venue, and then, there was this little thing of the train wreck on her father’s route…

How does she act around children she doesn't know?

Stiff and quiet. She’s not really a child-person.

What is she like first thing in the morning?

Groggy, usually misses her father leaving early. But lately, she’s finding it hard to sleep so, has been getting up with the household staff, before dawn.

How does she handle things when in a "proper" social situation?

Usually quiet and demure. If there are friends around, she prefers to sit and talk with them.

Maid or takes care of herself?

She has a maid but can take care of herself, if necessary.

Proper dress or casual clothes?

Proper dress.

Sleeves buttoned or rolled up?

Rolled up.

Powdered wig or natural hair?

Natural hair, usually braided.

Carriage or horseback?

Underground train, if you please! J It’s the newest, latest way to get from Wallflower to London and points beyond. (Plus, her father, and her beloved, run the subway station in Wallflower, so it’s almost required conveyance for Honorine.)
